How to Export Your Account Data on Bitget?

This article guides you on exporting your Bitget account data, including fund flows, order history and account statements. The export feature is only available on the Bitget website and is not supported on the Bitget app.

Types of data available for export

You can export the following types of account data:

1. Account - Fund flows (Asset History):

• Spot: Asset History – Spot

• Margin: Asset History – Margin

• Futures: Asset History – Futures

• OTC (P2P): Asset History – OTC

2. Orders:

• Spot Orders: Order history, order details, fund flow, deposit/withdrawal records

• Margin Orders: Order history, fund flow

• Futures Orders: Order history, position history, order details, fund flow

• Earn History: Savings, On-chain Earn, Dual Investment, Shark Fin, Smart Trend

3. Account statement

Bitget now allows you to export your account statement for a specific date, covering multiple account types in a single report, including Spot, OTC, Cross Margin, etc.

• Available format: PDF

• Functionality: Select the date you want to generate a snapshot of your account. This is not a historical range export. It only generates the statement for the day you choose.

• Note: Account statements only support data from July 18, 2025 onwards.

Fund flows and orders: export and download

The Fund flows and orders export section guides you on exporting your account’s fund flows and order records. It covers selecting timeframes, choosing data types, and downloading files in CSV or Excel format. This section is for fund flows and orders only.

1. Time Range and Export Limits (Fund flows and Orders Only)

a. Available timeframes:

• Past 24 hours

• Past 2 weeks

• Past 1 month

• Past 3 months

• Past 6 months

• Custom (select any dates within past 6 months)

• All time (up to 2 years)

b. Export limits:

• Each user can export data up to 100 times per month.

• Each export can cover data from the past 24 months.

2. Export Format, Browser, and Download Details (Fund flows and Orders Only)

• Supported file formats: CSV, Excel

• Recommended browser: Google Chrome for the best performance

• Download availability: Once the export is complete, you will receive a notification, and the download link will be available for 7 days—please download your file before it expires.

3. How to Export Your Account Data (Fund flows and orders)

Step 1: Navigate to your asset section

1. Click the wallet icon in the top-right corner.

2. Hover over Accounts or Orders, depending on the data you want to export.

Example: Accounts → Spot

Step 2: Select Fund Flow

1. Click the Fund Flow icon on the right side of the page.

Step 3: Set the export parameters

1. Select the desired timeframe for the data.

2. Choose the coin type, data category, and file format.

Step 4: Download the exported file

1. Click Generate to start generating the report.

2. Once the report is generated, you will receive a notification.

3. Click Refresh, then Download the file.

4. Use Google Chrome for a smooth download process.
