Bitget Convert now supports TradFi stocks (rToken)

 

1. Feature overview

Bitget Convert now supports instant conversions of TradFi stocks (rToken). You can convert directly between cryptocurrencies such as BTC and USDT and stock rTokens such as rNVDA and rSPCX on the Convert page.

• Zero fees: No Convert fees are charged for TradFi stock conversions.

• Instant settlement: Once you confirm the quote, your order is executed immediately.

• Direct conversion: Convert directly between cryptocurrencies and TradFi stocks without intermediary transfers.

 

2. How to use it

1. Go to the Convert page.

2. Select the TradFi category from the asset list to view all available stock rTokens.

3. Select the assets you want to convert, such as USDT to rNVDA.

4. Enter the amount, confirm the quote, and select Convert. Once the conversion is complete, the corresponding assets will be credited to your spot account immediately.

If the conversion fails, try again or contact online customer support for assistance.

 

3. Trading rules and restrictions

3.1 Trading hours

TradFi stock conversions follow the trading hours of the underlying stocks. During weekends, public holidays, or temporary trading suspensions, the affected TradFi stocks will be unavailable for conversion. You can try again when the market reopens.

3.2 Conversion limit

The minimum amount per Convert order is determined by both the minimum TradFi stock order size and the minimum crypto conversion amount. The maximum amount varies by asset or trading pair. Real-time limits are displayed on the page when you enter an amount. Certain assets may also have daily conversion limits. Once the daily limit is reached, Convert will become available again the next day.

 

4. FAQ

Q1: Why are some stock tokens grayed out and unavailable for selection?

A: This usually means the market for the underlying stock is closed, such as during weekends or public holidays. Try again after the market reopens.

Q2: Are there any fees for converting TradFi stocks?

A: TradFi stock conversions have zero Convert fees by default.

Q3: Why do I see the message "Only whole shares are supported"?

A: Some stocks may not support fractional-share orders during certain periods. In this case, adjust the order amount to a whole number of shares to proceed.

Q4: Will I lose my assets if the conversion fails?

A: No. If an issue occurs during the conversion, such as an expired quote or network error, the system will automatically cancel the order. Your original assets will remain in your account or be returned to your account.

Q5: Where can I view my TradFi stock conversion history?

A: You can view all conversion details under Convert History in the upper-right corner of the Convert page.

Q6: Why do I see the message "Convert is not supported for this coin today"?

A: This may mean that the daily conversion limit for the TradFi stock has been reached. Try again later or contact online customer support for more information.
