Bitget announcement on the system upgrade

To improve system performance and the trading experience, Bitget will conduct a system upgrade on May 13, 2026. The upgrade aims to improve our certain strategy services. The exact completion time is subject to actual progress.
Scope of impact and issue handling:
- The platform will complete the upgrade of the relevant trading pairs through a phased migration approach.
- Spot, margin, and futures trading in classic and unified trading accounts will not be affected.

Bot position vouchers in use might be invalidated, as the upgrade may terminate some bots. To resolve this, Bitget will conduct a comprehensive review once the upgrade is complete and will issue equivalent position vouchers to affected users, ensuring that their rights and interests are not compromised.
