Interchain Labs says former Cosmos maintainers unknowingly onboarded North Korea-linked actor, finds no security issues and doubles bounty

Quick Take Interchain Labs has confirmed that past contributions to Cosmos repositories were made by an individual later identified as being linked to North Korea. North Korean agents previously infiltrated the ecosystem to make contributions to Cosmos Hub’s liquid staking module in a separate incident.
