iShares Bitcoin ETP issues an additional 750,000 securities, bringing the total to 96.74 million units

CoinWorld News: According to CoinWorld and Investing.com, iShares announced on Friday the issuance of an additional 750,000 iShares Bitcoin ETP securities, bringing the total number of securities in the series to 96.742328 millions. The newly issued securities are priced at $8.52 each and are expected to begin trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange on February 2, 2026. These securities track the performance of bitcoin and are issued under iShares' secured crypto asset-linked securities program. Since the series was launched, the principal amount per security has been $0.42, with an initial crypto asset entitlement of 0.0001 bitcoin. This is the 66th issuance of iShares Bitcoin ETP since its launch on March 24, 2025.
