according to Xinhua News Agency, Angie Rodriguez, Chief of Staff of the Colombian Presidential Office, announced on the evening of the 3rd that Colombia has requested an emergency meeting of the United Nations Security Council on the 5th and proposed holding a special meeting of the Permanent Council of the Organization of American States to address the impact of changes in the Venezuelan situation on regional stability.
