GSTechnologies acquires Polish virtual asset service provider Finferno
PANews, December 29 — According to Investing.com, UK fintech company GSTechnologies (LSE: GST) has acquired Polish virtual asset service provider Finferno Sp. z o.o. for an undisclosed cash amount. The transaction was paid with the company's existing cash and aims to leverage Finferno's licenses to expand digital asset operations in Poland and Central Europe, as well as to pilot digital asset trading and wealth management services.
