Foresight News reported that the modular chain abstraction L1, Particle Network, tweeted that Particle Chain will be launched as an Avalanche L1. Its universal account mechanism supports cross-chain access to any DApp or asset, providing a simplified onboarding process and a unified seamless cross-chain experience.
