Aleo Network Foundation (Aleo) announced the appointment of stablecoin issuer Circle executive Josh Hawkins as Executive Vice President of Strategy, Policy, and Communications, responsible for global communication and policy formulation to support the development of next-generation privacy and decentralized application infrastructure.
