Billionaire investor Michael Novogratz's Galaxy Digital is in discussions with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) about tokenizing its publicly traded stocks and other potential traditional securities. Galaxy began trading on Nasdaq today, following its listing on the TSX Venture Exchange in Toronto, Canada.
