U.S. short-term interest rate futures rose after the PCE inflation data was released, reflecting an increased market expectation for further rate cuts by the Federal Reserve. Interest rate futures traders believe that the possibility of a 50 basis point cut by the Fed in November is slightly higher than a 25 basis point cut.
