Dymension will launch a 3D upgrade, supporting the deployment of RollApps without the need for permission

The modular blockchain network Dymension is set to launch a 3D upgrade, with plans to first introduce the 3D Playground for developer and user testing of the 3D upgrade. The official statement indicates that the 3D upgrade will provide quick and easy permissionless deployment capabilities for RollApps, while the upgraded Roller CLI tool allows technical node operators to easily run RollApp sorters. By simply entering a chain ID, Roller can obtain all necessary on-chain information from Dymension and start running the selected RollApp sequencer. In addition, the Dymension Foundation will use incentive mechanisms to run automated programs, score all activities of RollApps, and sponsor them (incentives) based on various indicators.
