The Dow Jones Industrial Average opened down 0.26%, the Nasdaq Composite Index fell 0.43%, and the S&P 500 dropped 0.24%. American tech giant AMD rose 2.59%, Apple fell 2.02%, and Tesla declined by 1.73%.
