Giant Whale Address Deposits 12 Million USDT into Aave and Transfers 12 Million USDT to CEX

According to lookonchain monitoring, the giant whale address deposited 12,000 stETH (about $21 million) into Aave to borrow 12 million USDT and transfer it to CEX.
The whale address had recently deposited 2.5 million stETH (about $43 million) into Aave, then lent 35 million USDT and transferred it to CEX.
