Thumzup Media plans to change its name to Datacentrex after completing the acquisition of Dogehash.
Foresight News reported that Thumzup Media Corporation, a social media company backed by the Trump family, announced plans to change its name to Datacentrex, Inc. after completing the acquisition of Dogehash. The company has reserved the stock ticker "DTCX" on Nasdaq to align with the new name and ticker symbol.
Thumzup CEO Robert Steele stated, "We currently have approximately $50 million in cash and are about to complete the acquisition of Dogehash. The Datacentrex brand is highly aligned with the company’s new strategic focus on digital infrastructure, blockchain, and data center sectors."
