According to a report by Jinse Finance, on-chain analyst Yujin has monitored that the PENGU project team's token deployment address transfers approximately $3 million worth of PENGU to multiple CEXs every few days. The most recent transfer occurred early this morning. Since mid-July, they have transferred a total of 3.8811 billion PENGU ($108 million). This time period also corresponds to the drop in PENGU's price from the second wave's peak of $0.04 to the current $0.01.
