Gavin Wood to Return as Parity CEO in Late August
According to a report by Jinse Finance, Parity Technologies has officially announced that Parity co-founder Gavin Wood will return as CEO in late August, succeeding the outgoing Björn Wagner. Gavin Wood previously stepped down as CEO in 2022 to focus on protocol development, and now states that with the foundational architecture complete and market conditions favorable, his return as CEO will accelerate the next phase of growth. During his three-year tenure, Björn led the team through the bear market, consistently delivering results and expanding into new areas, laying a solid foundation for Parity. The official statement notes that the team and project operations will remain unchanged, and a strategic upgrade is expected in the future.
