Zhao Changpeng: Bhutan has advanced crypto reserves, and only Montenegro in Europe may participate in strategic reserves
according to Cointelegraph, Zhao Changpeng mentioned on the TOKEN2049 stage that when it comes to strategic reserves of cryptocurrencies, some countries are already very advanced, like Bhutan. When talking about Europe's strategic reserves, Zhao Changpeng said, I don't think Europe will participate in cryptocurrency strategic reserves, the only exception being Montenegro.
