The founder of a16z will assist Musk in recruiting employees for the "Government Efficiency Department" (DOGE)
According to the Financial Times, a16z founder Marc Andreessen will assist Musk in recruiting staff for the "Government Efficiency Department" (DOGE).
Although Andreessen does not hold an official position, he plays a key role in senior talent screening and recommendation. Andreessen has previously invested hundreds of millions of dollars in Musk's projects such as xAI, SpaceX, and supported his $44 billion acquisition of X platform.
