Blockstream announces the establishment of an asset management department to develop Bitcoin income fund products
On November 21st, Bitcoin infrastructure technology provider Blockstream announced the establishment of an asset management department and appointed former hedge fund expert Sean Bill as Chief Investment Officer. The department will develop two main products: a Bitcoin income fund and a US dollar income fund. The former is similar to a Bitcoin money market fund, while the latter creates returns for investors through Bitcoin collateralized loans.
