Bloomberg Analyst: Traders Bet Bitcoin Will Double Next Month
Eric Balchunas, a senior ETF analyst at Bloomberg, posted on the X platform saying: "So far, there have been hundreds of millions of dollars in options trading volume on BlackRock's IBIT (a lot on the first day it was listed). The ranking by contract trading volume shows that they are almost all bullish options. It looks very optimistic, especially the C100 on December 20th. This is basically betting that the price of Bitcoin will double next month."
