=Web3 Foundation announced the 23rd batch of Grant projects, with a total of 8 projects receiving funding. The award-winning projects in the developer tools track include subxt-python and Polkadart Follow-up; the award-winning projects in the chain and module track include Subcoin and xcNFT; the award-winning project in the research track is ISO20022 Ecosystem Research and Technical Design, Open source contributor funding experiment; the award-winning project in the UI development track is AgriDot; and the award-winning project in the layer 2 protocol track is P2P State Channels.
