Cyberport and university collaboration plan incorporates Web3.0 elements for the first time
The "Cyberport-University Partnership Programme 2024", organized by Cyberport Academy and Cyberport Web3 Base, has officially launched with the support of 11 local universities. The programme aims to cultivate more young talents in Web3.0 by incorporating its elements for the first time. Chairman of Cyberport, Dr. Lee George Lam, said that this programme aligns with the government's goal of developing Hong Kong into a Web3.0 hub and strengthens the local talent pool in Web3.0. He hopes that participating students can learn about the latest trends in the industry, stimulate innovative thinking, and expand their network while receiving training. It is reported that each winning team can receive a seed fund of HKD 100,000 from Cyberport Creative Micro Fund.
