The three major indexes opened mixed, with Tesla falling nearly 3%
The Dow opened up 0.68%, the Nasdaq fell 0.18%, and the S&P 500 rose 0.05%. Star technology stock Super Micro rose 1.22% and Tesla fell 2.93% after the company sent an email to all employees announcing that it would lay off 10% of its employees globally; Apple fell 0.54%.
