Data shows that despite Uniswap Labs receiving a Wells notice from the SEC on April 10, Uniswap broke through the $2 trillion total trading volume milestone on April 5. Uniswap's daily trading volume climbed over the weekend and consistently touched the threshold of $3 billion. On social media, Uniswap founder Hayden Adams stated that he was not surprised by the Wells notice and is "ready to fight."
