According to CME's "Fed Watch", the probability of the Federal Reserve keeping interest rates unchanged in May is 100%. The likelihood of the Fed maintaining steady rates until June is 48.7%, while there's a 51.3% chance for a cumulative rate cut of 25 basis points, and a zero percent chance for a cumulative rate cut of 50 basis points.
