Amber Group transferred 13,800 ETH from CEX, equivalent to approximately $44.9 million

According to Scopescan monitoring, the address related to Amber Group withdrew 13,800 ETH ($44.9 million) from CEX. Subsequently, 7,000 ETH was transferred to a new address and 6,800 ETH was transferred to the Amber Group recharge address.
