These improvements have been reviewed and are available for adoption by platforms such as Arbitrum Orbit Chain, Arbitrum One, and Arbitrum Nova, which are involved in this proposal. The proposal states that the ArbOS upgrade can be considered a hard fork of Arbitrum.
