Matrixport: US SEC will reject Bitcoin spot ETF again in January
Matrixport, the SEC will once again reject a Bitcoin ETF.Frequent meetings between ETF applicants and SEC staff have led to the applicants resubmitting their applications. Matrixport believes that none of the applications have met a key requirement that must be met before approval by the SEC.It is suggested that this requirement may be met in Q2 2024, but it is expected that the SEC will reject all proposals in January.
