Jinse Finance reported that Addentax Group (NASDAQ: ATXG) announced today its intention to strategically acquire the offshore wealth management and cross-border integrated services business of Hong Kong-based Riches Group. The company believes that, if the acquisition is completed, it will support its global expansion strategy by integrating Riches Group's offshore business ecosystem, AI-powered financial solutions, and digital currency/cryptocurrency services.
